📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Consult with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized jewelry recommendations.
• Manage the boutique sales floor, ensuring a welcoming and professional shopping environment.
• Process online orders, manage inventory, and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our products through social media and other channels.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to showcase our collection and network with industry professionals.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports using our in-house CRM system.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in jewelry sales, retail, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong knowledge of luxury jewelry, including South Sea pearls, and their market value.
