📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing luxury jewellery, providing expert advice and ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
• Stock and organize jewellery displays, maintaining a visually appealing and well-presented storefront.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems like SAP or Oracle Retail.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and collections in luxury jewellery.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in store events, promotions, and customer engagement activities.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, as well as store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in luxury goods or jewellery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software is a plus.
• A passion for luxury jewellery and a keen eye for detail in product presentation.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Valid ID and the ability to work in Bali, including compliance with local labor laws.
