📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development and implementation of compensation and benefits strategies that align with company goals and industry best practices
• Analyze and interpret compensation data to ensure fairness and competitiveness
• Design and manage benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their needs and ensure benefits programs are tailored to their requirements
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
• Conduct regular reviews of compensation and benefits programs to identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and support to HR staff on compensation and benefits topics
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration, preferably in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and compensation analysis tools such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with payroll processing and benefits administration software is a plus
