The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and a proven track record in quantity surveying, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar projects.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost estimates using Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant software tools.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and financial forecasts for project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other project team members to address technical and logistical challenges.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
• Participate in site visits and inspections to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in quantity surveying.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional certification as a Quantity Surveyor (e.g., RICS, CQS, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, with at least 3 years in a similar role within the civil engineering industry.
• Strong understanding of construction cost estimation, project planning, and risk management.
• Proficiency in using Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
