📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative concepts for fashion collections, ensuring they align with the brand's vision and values.
• Create detailed sketches, mood boards, and digital designs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Collaborate with the design team, stylists, and marketing experts to bring creative concepts to life.
• Present and pitch design ideas to the team and stakeholders, providing clear and compelling justifications for your choices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends, industry news, and market insights to inform your design decisions.
• Ensure that all designs meet the brand's quality standards and are produced efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Attend fashion shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase the brand's collections and network with peers.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the design process and the development of the brand's creative direction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in fashion design, with a proven track record of creating successful collections.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of current fashion trends, industry news, and market insights.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for design and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Familiarity with the fashion industry, including knowledge of manufacturing processes, sourcing, and supply chain management.
