📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide strategic legal advice to support the growth and development of our regional operations
• Ensure compliance with local and international laws and regulations, including but not limited to data protection, employment, and environmental laws
• Advise on contract negotiations and drafting, including but not limited to distribution agreements, franchise agreements, and employment contracts
• Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management strategies to mitigate legal and operational risks
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our operations are in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Stay up-to-date with changes in the legal landscape in Bali and the surrounding region, and provide valuable insights and guidance to our teams
• Represent Good Job Creations in legal matters, including but not limited to disputes, litigation, and regulatory inquiries
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient operation of our legal function

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic legal advisory and compliance, with a strong background in corporate law
• Strong understanding of the legal landscape in Bali and the surrounding region, including but not limited to local laws and regulations, employment laws, and environmental laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and ownership
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, including but not limited to Westlaw, LexisNexis, and CaseMap
• Professional certification in strategic legal advisory and compliance, such as the Certified Legal Executive (CLE) designation, is a plus
