📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the general ledger, including daily journal entries, postings, and reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Conduct regular reconciliations of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Provide financial support to the manufacturing operations team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in accounting

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Indonesian GAAP (GAI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
