You’ll handle everything from onboarding and training to performance monitoring and issue resolution. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the onboarding and training of new partner merchants, ensuring they meet Grab’s standards and guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze partner performance, providing regular reports and insights to drive improvement.
• Resolve operational issues and challenges faced by partners, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement and improve processes, tools, and systems.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with Grab’s policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to partners, addressing their concerns and feedback promptly.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying them to enhance partner operations.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to support Grab’s growth and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food delivery or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of operations management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Grab’s platform and operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
