As a Legal & License Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations. You will work closely with our team of consultants to provide them with the legal and licensing support they need to deliver high-quality services to our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct legal and regulatory compliance audits for clients in the OSS-RBA sector.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, licenses, and permits.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of issues, including corporate governance, employment law, and data protection.
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' operations and advise them on the best course of action.
• Manage and maintain the firm's legal database and ensure that all legal information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Collaborate with other members of the team to ensure that clients receive the highest level of service and support.
• Attend and participate in industry conferences, seminars, and networking events to stay up-to-date with the latest legal and regulatory developments.
• Provide training and support to junior members of the team to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in legal compliance and regulatory affairs, preferably in the OSS-RBA sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations, including those related to corporate governance, employment law, and data protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues to non-legal professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with legal software and tools, such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or similar.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
