📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Bali market.
• Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the chemical industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Bali.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
