As a Customer Assistant, you'll be the face of Watsons, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile. In this role, you'll greet customers, assist with product recommendations, and process transactions using our in-store POS system. You'll also handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and ensure a seamless shopping experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet customers and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assist customers with product recommendations and information
• Process transactions using the in-store POS system

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Basic knowledge of health and beauty products is a plus
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
