As a Business Process & Risk (BPR) Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our third-party funding programs. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring business processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will also identify and mitigate risks, develop risk management strategies, and ensure that our operations are secure and efficient. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and monitor business processes related to third-party funding programs.
Identify and assess risks associated with our operations and develop risk management strategies.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Conduct regular audits and reviews of business processes to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain risk management frameworks and tools, such as SAP or other ERP systems.
Provide training and support to staff on risk management and compliance issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in risk management and business process improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process management and risk management.
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards, particularly in the financial services industry.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Certification in business process management (e.g., CBAP, PgMP) or risk management (e.g., CISA, CRISC) is a plus.
Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
