Duta Fajar Health Center is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to lead and manage our store operations in Sleman, DI Yogyakarta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Participate in company events and promotions to enhance store visibility and sales.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful store management and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with health and wellness products is a plus.
  • Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
