📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients.,Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Manage and mentor junior sales consultants.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Attend trade shows, events, and client meetings to promote our products.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in luxury retail or lifestyle products.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
