Rejeki Sari Bakery is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining a smooth workflow. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain production continuity.,Train and mentor junior staff to uphold quality standards and operational efficiency.,Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of managing production processes and teams.,Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of inventory management and supply chain coordination.,Familiarity with quality control and improvement methodologies.,Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred.
