📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and train staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and control inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and vendors,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
