BTR New Material Group is seeking a highly skilled Mandarin Speaker to join our team as a Management Trainee in the Sales, HR, or GA department. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proficient in Mandarin and eager to develop their career in a dynamic and growing company. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our international clients and colleagues, and will have the chance to learn and grow in a supportive and challenging environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing client relationships and negotiations in Mandarin.,Support the Sales team in preparing and presenting proposals and reports in Mandarin.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, with a focus on supporting our international colleagues.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including conducting interviews and providing HR advice in Mandarin.,Assist in the management of office operations, including coordinating with vendors, managing office supplies, and supporting the GA team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and HR policies.,Support the team in maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction.,Assist in the organization of team events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proficient in spoken and written Mandarin, both in formal and informal contexts.,Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably in Business, International Relations, or a related field.,2-3 years of experience in a sales, HR, or GA role, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.,Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and opportunities.
