📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and supervise a team of tellers to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
  • Process various financial transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for the team.
  • Monitor and report on team performance and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using banking software and systems.
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English.
