📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily production of pastries and desserts, ensuring high-quality standards and consistency.,Lead and mentor a team of pastry chefs, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.,Develop and implement new pastry recipes and menu items to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and storage procedures.,Collaborate with the restaurant management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and seasonal menus.,Maintain accurate inventory records and order supplies as needed.,Train and develop new team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a pastry chef or similar role in the food service industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team of pastry chefs.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and food science.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.,Familiarity with restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Valid food handler's permit and any additional certifications relevant to pastry cooking.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or a related field is preferred but not required.
