📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key client accounts by developing and executing sales strategies.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed expectations.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify opportunities and trends.,Develop and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sales targets are met.,Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's reach.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the hospitality or retail industry is a plus.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
