📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor and analyze account performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to retain and grow key accounts.,Provide regular updates to senior management on account performance and business development activities.,Ensure that all client interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in account management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving sales growth.,Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages.,Ability to travel frequently and work in a fast-paced environment.
