Duta Maya Kitchen is looking for a dedicated IT Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.,Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to new employees on IT systems and procedures.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.,Work with other departments to ensure IT systems meet their needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
