📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Identifying and assessing risks related to financial operations, internal controls, and compliance.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their processes and ensure alignment with company policies.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control systems and procedures.,Providing guidance and support to employees on internal control and compliance matters.,Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal control systems and procedures.,Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international standards (e.g., ISA, COSO).,Strong understanding of risk management and internal control systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using audit software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
