📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning and coordination of daily operations.,Monitor and report on operational performance metrics.,Support the operations manager in implementing operational strategies.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Coordinate with various departments to facilitate seamless operations.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational improvement initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the operations team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date operational records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
