📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department, ensuring smooth operations and high performance.,Oversee and coordinate the work of department staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve departmental goals.,Monitor and evaluate department performance, providing regular reports to the Department Head.,Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Handle administrative tasks and provide support to the Department Head as needed.,Represent the department in meetings and conferences, both internally and externally.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably in healthcare administration or a similar discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role within the healthcare industry.,Strong knowledge of healthcare management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.,Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership.
