📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the department.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a productive and positive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Monitor departmental budget and report on financial performance.,Represent the company in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role.,Proven track record of successful department management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
