Rahim & Co is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Executive to join our luxury construction and development team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of high-end residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, a strong understanding of luxury construction standards, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, scheduling, and coordination of luxury construction and development projects.,Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and project success.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.,Develop and implement project improvement plans to enhance efficiency and quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly in luxury construction and development.,Proven track record of successfully managing high-end residential and commercial projects.,Strong understanding of luxury construction standards and best practices.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with construction software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
