This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the branch from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with your team and customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.,Monitor branch finances and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in branch management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
