Hotel Indra Geprek is seeking a passionate and experienced HR Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment. This is a hybrid role, requiring both office and on-site presence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Lead and mentor the HR team.,Handle all aspects of employee leave and attendance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management in a hotel or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) software.,Leadership and team management skills.
