📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, install, and maintain control systems and instrumentation for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and regulate production processes to ensure optimal performance and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems and instrumentation.
- Collaborate with production teams to understand their needs and develop effective solutions.
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of control systems and instrumentation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in control and instrumentation engineering.
- Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000).
- Experience with SCADA systems (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition).
- Familiarity with HMI/SCADA software (e.g., Wonderware, Ignition).
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, OSHA).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
