As an Assistant Tutor, you will be responsible for assisting the main tutor in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring that our students receive the best possible education. You will work closely with the tutor to prepare and deliver lessons, assist with student assessments, and provide support to students both inside and outside of the classroom.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assisting the main tutor in delivering lessons and ensuring that students receive high-quality education.
  • Preparing and delivering lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
  • Assisting with student assessments and providing feedback.
  • Providing support to students both inside and outside of the classroom.
  • Assisting with the organization of classroom activities and events.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Assisting with the maintenance of the classroom and equipment.
  • Providing administrative support to the tutor as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a tutor or teaching assistant.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team.
  • Passion for education and a desire to help others.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
  • Valid teaching license or certification (preferred).
