📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations of the bakso outlet,Ensure high quality of food and service,Oversee staff scheduling and performance,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction,Manage inventory and ordering,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities,Monitor and report on sales performance,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in food service management,Experience in bakso or similar food service industry is a plus,Strong leadership and communication skills,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines,Good understanding of business operations and financial management,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field,Must be fluent in Indonesian
